Mindful Minis: Social Emotional Learning for Little Ones

Bloom From the Inside Out is a heart-centered, mindfulness-based class that uses the gentle metaphor of a blooming flower to support young children’s social-emotional growth. Through playful breath work, mindful movement that mirrors a seed’s journey to bloom, and creative activities like the Feelings Flower Mirror, children will explore self-awareness and emotional expression alongside their parent or caregiver.

This class is designed to plant the seeds of mindfulness and emotional development in early childhood—nurturing each child’s inner world so they can grow with confidence, connection, and calm.
